What we do
If you are on a Sunseeker or Princess yacht, chances are it runs a PTO clutch — Ogura and Pitts being the two main brands. You already know how hard, and how expensive, it is to get a replacement: a new unit can take 3–4 months to arrive and cost around €10,000 to €12,000.
We rebuild your existing clutch instead: we check the coils, replace worn parts and bench test the unit, then get it back to you in about 2 weeks. Save the money for the boat, and save the time.
- Bearing replacement: Replacement of worn bearings. Original Japanese bearings are used as supplied.
- Clearance checks: Measurement and verification of operating clearances.
- Coil checks: Inspection and testing of clutch coils.
- Cleaning: Cleaning of components during service.
- Bench testing: Functional bench testing after reassembly.
